The 2024 COS Annual Meeting PowerPoint Template can be accessed here should you wish to use it for your presentation.
Presentation Portal (Upload Site)
Please upload your presentation(s) in advance to the Presentation Portal site. You will receive an email from Encore Canada with a personalized link to upload.
If you have not received this email or have any issues with the upload site, please email sc-can@encoresupport.com
You can begin uploading your presentation starting Friday, May 03.
The deadline to upload your presentation is Monday, May 27 at 23:59 (EST). If you do not upload your presentation by this date/time, please visit the Speaker Ready Room on-site (see details below).
Important Notes
Please bring a back-up of your presentation on USB key on-site.
We recommend to design your presentation slides in a 16:9 ratio (widescreen). However, 4:3 format is also accepted. If you want to hand in a Powerpoint presentation, make sure it is saved as a PPTX file and not the old ppt file. Keynote files are also accepted.
Please check your presentation on-site in the Speaker Ready Room, at least 1 hour before the start of your session.
The Speaker Ready Room is located in Room 712 at the Metro Toronto Convention Center. The hours of the are as follows:
Wednesday, May 29 - 15:00 to 18:00
Thursday, May 30 - 07:00 to 17:45
Friday, May 31 - 06:30 to 17:45
Saturday, June 01 - 06:30 to 17:45
Sunday, June 02 - 07:00 to 15:45
Please arrive in the meeting room in which you are presenting 15-minutes before session start time to meet the moderator, audio-visual technicians and to familiarize yourself with the set-up.

ePoster Presenters
ePosters will be displayed in booth 118 in the Exhibit Hall for the duration of the Annual Meeting.
The exhibit hall is open the following hours:
- Friday, May 31 – 09:30 to 18:00
- Saturday, June 01 – 09:30 to 18:00
- Sunday, June 02 – 09:30 to 14:00
Please refer to the overall Annual Meeting Schedule for break and lunch times, as these periods typically witness significant/heavier foot traffic at the ePoster booth.
