Submitting an Abstract

To submit your abstract, begin by clicking "Submit an Abstract" at the top of your page.

You will be asked to login with your COS account. If you do not know your username or password, you can access that information here.

Once you log in, you will be re-directed back to the submission form. You can navigate through the pages by clicking on each one.

Once you complete a page, scroll down and click "Save" or "Save and Next" to make sure your information has been saved.

Once you complete the final page, click "Save and Finalize" to submit your application.


Reviewing Your Submissions

You can review incomplete or complete applications by selecting "My Account" at the top of the page.

Here you will see the number of complete and incomplete submissions on your account.


Continue an Incomplete Submission

To continue an incomplete submission, select "Incomplete" from the top menu.

Then, click "Edit" next to the incomplete submission you want to open. You will be able to continue working on this submission until the end of the submission period.
