Learning Objectives
After this session, participants will be able to:
1. Identify disparities and under-represented groups within the landscape of Canadian ophthalmologists and ophthalmology trainees.
2. Evaluate and critically appraise the sociodemographic diversity of ophthalmic clinical research.
3. Describe how EDI principles can be applied to improve patient health outcomes.
